Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. If you cancel

We know plans change. These are the terms depending on when you tell us:

• More than 48 hours before the pickup time: 100% refund, or a free date change.
• Between 24 and 48 hours before: 50% refund, or a free date change subject to availability.
• Less than 24 hours before, or no-show: no refund, since by that point the seats, the transport and the operator are already committed.

To cancel or change the date, message us on WhatsApp at +1 809 777 1532 with the booking name and the tour date. The cancellation takes effect from the moment we receive your message.

2. If we cancel

If we have to cancel the activity due to adverse weather, safety issues, not reaching the minimum group size or any force majeure event, you can always choose between:

• Rescheduling the tour for another date during your stay, at no extra cost.
• Receiving a full refund of everything you paid.

3. How refunds are processed

Refunds are returned through the same payment method you used. If you paid with PayPal or a card, the amount goes back to that same account or card. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or on PayPal, and usually ranges from 5 to 10 business days.

4. Changes in the number of people

If fewer people travel than booked, tell us at least 48 hours in advance so we can adjust the amount. With less notice we cannot guarantee a refund for the unused places.

5. Flight delays on transfers

For transfers from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) we track your flight status. If your flight is delayed we wait for you at no extra cost, as long as you gave us the correct flight number when booking. If you change flights, let us know as soon as possible.

If something did not go as expected, message us on WhatsApp at +1 809 777 1532 or through our contact page. We would rather sort it out with you directly and as soon as possible.
