1. Website owner

emmatourpc.com is owned and operated by EmmaGO SRL, trading as Emma Tour Travel Agency, operating in Punta Cana, La Altagracia province, Dominican Republic. Contact: WhatsApp +1 809 777 1532.

2. Scope

These terms govern the booking of excursions, tours and private transportation services offered through this website. By making a booking you accept these terms in full.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in US dollars (US$) and are per person, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• The price covers only what is listed in the “What’s included” section of each tour. Anything not listed is not included.
• Online payments are processed through PayPal. You can also book on WhatsApp and agree another payment method with us.
• We reserve the right to change published prices. The price that applies is always the one in force when your booking is confirmed.

4. Booking and confirmation

A booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation by email or WhatsApp. Availability is subject to capacity. If for any reason we cannot deliver the service on the requested date, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.

5. Pickup and punctuality

• You must tell us the exact hotel or pickup point when booking. If you change accommodation, let us know in advance.
• Please be at the meeting point at the agreed time. Tours run on fixed schedules and we cannot delay the departure of the group.
• Failing to show up at the agreed point and time is treated as a cancellation with no right to a refund.

6. Your responsibilities

• You must tell us about any medical condition, pregnancy, back problem, reduced mobility or allergy that could affect your participation.
• Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
• You must follow the safety instructions of the guide or driver at all times. We reserve the right to exclude from the activity, without refund, anyone who endangers their own safety or that of others, or who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• You are responsible for your personal belongings during the activity.

7. Weather and itinerary changes

Excursions depend on weather and sea conditions. For safety reasons we may change the itinerary, reorder the visits or suspend the activity. If we have to cancel for weather or force majeure, we will offer you a reschedule or a full refund of what you paid.

8. Limitation of liability

Emma Tour acts as the organising agency and coordinates services delivered by authorised local operators. We are not liable for damage arising from your failure to follow safety instructions, from withholding relevant medical information, or from force majeure events beyond our control.

9. Intellectual property

The texts, logo, images and design of this website belong to EmmaGO SRL or are used with the corresponding permission. They may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of La Altagracia province, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
