1. Who we are

This website (emmatourpc.com) is operated by EmmaGO SRL, trading as Emma Tour Travel Agency, a company incorporated in the Dominican Republic and operating in Punta Cana, La Altagracia province.

2. What data we collect

• Identification and contact data: name and surname, email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
• Booking data: the tour or service booked, date, number of people, hotel or pickup point and flight number where applicable.
• Payment data: payments are processed entirely through PayPal. Emma Tour never receives or stores your card numbers. We only receive confirmation that the payment went through and the amount.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, through cookies and analytics tools.

3. Why we use your data

• To manage, confirm and deliver your tour or transfer booking.
• To contact you before the service to arrange the pickup point and time.
• To answer your enquiries by form or WhatsApp.
• To meet the accounting and tax obligations required by Dominican law.
• To improve the website using aggregated usage statistics.

4. Who we share it with

We share only the minimum necessary information with:

• Local operators and suppliers who run the excursion or transfer (name and number of people), so they can deliver the service.
• PayPal, as payment processor, subject to its own privacy policy.
• Our web hosting provider, which stores the website data.

We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your booking data for as long as needed to deliver the service and afterwards for the periods required by Dominican tax and accounting rules. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after a reasonable period.

6. Your rights

Under Law 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Dominican Republic, you may ask us at any time to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Request deletion of your data when it is no longer needed.
• Object to certain processing or withdraw your consent.

7. Cookies
